I'm going to post a very unhappy face here:
Cause I didn't get a response to my interview request. No one likes me. :(
So... I'm at a bit of a loose end.
So...
I'm going to interview my MC character from my upcoming novel, SAMSARA. Her name is Loka, and she has silver tinsel hair and rainbow eyes. She's snarky, tends to be a bit bitchy, but her heart slowly unthaws as Shankara mellows her out. So, Loka... take it away.
If you could blog what would blog about?
Blog? What on earth is that? I wouldn't do anything that I didn't know what it was. Hang on... is this a trick question.
No, it's a online marketing tool, sheeh, girl, where have you been the last few years?
*Loka glares* Saving my own ass from cobra venom, and remembering who the hell I am if you're so interested. It took up a lot of my time. But now I know the real me so I would blog about that. I would tell everyone that I am -
Wow, hold up. That's a secret. Next question. Um... what's your favourite thing about Shankara?
*Loka's eyes gloss over with droopy love* Do I only get one? Can't I list my favourite things?
Um.. sure. Why not. Shoot.
Okay, I love his tiger pelt, it's so soft against my skin when he hugs me. I love his height and his lupine canines. I love his diamond black eyes and his smile. Oh, and I love the way he hears my thoughts and worships the ground I walk upon. He's my puzzle piece. My love. For now and forever.
Well that was very lovely, Loka. Now let's let everyone else have a turn.
Seeing as I don't have an interview from my fellow bloggers, I'm going to interview all of you! *evil grin*
Please answer this question when you comment:
Describe yourself in 35 words or less.... (way to put you on the spot.lol)
And please tell us the name of your current MS.
GO! :)
I feel so bad nobody replied! Maybe the person lost internet access. Anyways lovely meeting Loka.
ReplyDeleteSince you asked me to introduce myself, I am going to use a pompous (yet true) line I came up with. "Nearly there, not yet; One word, perfect." (Yeah, I am that vain).
Oh and I am 25 and a lawyer.
My current MS is Averagely Extraordinary, a YA Sci-Fi attempting to become a Fantasy.
Lovely to meet you! :) And I love the name of your MS. A YA, Sci-fi, fantasy... interesting mix :)
DeleteAnd a lawyer... so you'd be handy to have for contracts and oversees copyright law. :)
Don't worry, we all like you. I must've missed the interview request thing. Don't remember seeing that. We've been on vacation this last week, so my internet use has been spotty.
ReplyDeleteSo. I am a 30 something (closer to 40) mother, writer, and civil engineer. I don't do much engineering. I don't do enough writing. I do more mothering.
I'm still working on a title for Chloe.
I had to interview the person below me on the blog contest list. I was restricted :)
DeleteI actually really like the name Chloe - just as it is. :)
I like you!
ReplyDeleteI'm Ninja Captain Alex, champion of all that is geek in movies, music, books, and tech gadgets, and of my friends.
Current manuscript is CassaStorm.
Aw, thanks for liking me, Alex. You're the best Ninja eva :)
DeleteCassastorm is aa cool name. In fact I love how all your books start with Cassa... it's a very easy way to know who penned them. :)
I think I missed that request too. Cuz I would've jumped on it.
ReplyDeleteUm... You're asking this loquacious person to describe herself in under 35 words? Hmmm...
I like cookies. :)
I can think of a few more to go on that list. But I'm not allowed for two weeks. Seriously... how do I wait that long.
DeleteYou could also add - makes up words like awesomesauce
Aww, I would have requested:( I hate to see sad faces:)
ReplyDeleteCRAZY!
That's my description of me today. It may change tomorrow though:)
Thanks Deana :)
DeleteCrazy hey? Kinda like it... I'm more on the downlow today. Crap weather here in land of orks. Affects my mood. :)

ReplyDeleteAnd who wouldn't like a man who worshiped the ground you walked on? Do I have to be a supreme goddess to get that? ;)
LOVE the name of your new WIP. Can't wait to read it. And you do have a man who worships you - I can hear you smiling?? Come on, he's a poet! :)
DeleteDoing the best I can. <-----How's five words? Ha. That's what I feel like. Just doing my best!
ReplyDeleteAnd Blisters is the name of my MS. :D
Woot!
Blisters - that's an interesting name. Conjures an image of pain - but it's also intriguing... I want to know more. :)
DeleteI didn't get an interview request either, and also don't have an interview of my own to post. You shouldn't feel too bad. The way you describe Loka's hair and eyes made me think of a My Little Pony in human form, which is kind of cool.
ReplyDeleteMe in 35 words or less: A mystery wrapped in a riddle wrapped in a puzzle wrapped in an enigma.
Current primary WIP: And the Lark Arose from Sullen Earth
